I had a very similar issue that has been pretty well fixed by timing my shifts better. I first learned how to double clutch and that kinda got me In the habit of timing my shifts well and now regular shifting is also alot smoother. My car hardly has issues with second anymore, plus its a lot of fun once you get good and are Rev matching and shit! Nothing like a perfect heel toe!

The throttle is released, the clutch pedal is pressed, and the gearbox is shifted into neutral.

The clutch pedal is then released, the driver matches the engine RPM to the gear RPM either by throttle (when changing down) or wait for RPM to decrease (when changing up) until they are at a level suitable for shifting into the next gear.

At the moment when the revs between engine and gear are closely matched, the driver then instantly depresses the clutch again and shifts into the next gear. The whole maneuver can, with practice, take no more than a fraction of a second, and the result is a very smooth gear change.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Double clutch is taking too much of my brain cpu time every time i try it.
Hm,maybe I m too stupid or just too bored to bother,
but i prefer a clutch stop and a short shift lever. :p

A clutch stop or SSK has nothing to do with a double clutch shift.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
