    clutch engagement after manual swap

put together my manual swap, and after bleeding all brakes and clutch slave twice, clutch pedal still won't engage. there's minimal resistance, and the pedal stays on the floor. both masters are new, slave is used. clutch plate facing in proper direction.

eta trans, single mass flywheel, clutch and pp.

have not started car yet, only tested pedals for pressure and function.

any ideas? i can put the car into gear, but trans stays engaged to motor.

Did you bench bleed the brake master cylinder?

turns out the power bleeder wasn't sufficient....needed to do a good manual bleed.
