Which flywheel in 5 speed swap

I'm swapping my 90 325i to a 5 speed and I got a transmission with a dual mass flywheel. I got a machine shop to resurface the flywheel. Afterwards I found out you're really not supposed to do that to a dual mass. So what does this mean? Should I not use the flywheel? Are there going to be issues if I use it?

Or should I take the hit and buy a single mass flywheel and get that resurfaced? (I'd rather not waste the money I spent to resurface the dual mass unless it'll be worth it to upgrade to a single mass)

You want a single mass flywheel for an M20B25. The dual mass isn a lot heavier.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
