24-27 mpg sounds way worth it.

gota 3.25 lsd and an ebay chip in my eta and love it. 27 mpg at 80 mph and 3000 rpm's. gota run hightest though. thats the best set up for the eta. you wont believe the difference.

lol so how much of an upgrade would a 2.93 be versus a 2.79 aka early ETA
my diff is whining and its a 2.79 and i wanna upgrade to somethin better and tryin to avoid somethin that will make it unbearable to drive since its an autotragic.
it also seems that i cant do better than 24mpg hwy no matter how i drive lol so im figuring the diff is a contributor to that

Just reading this makes me wanna take out my Dinan chip and replace it with MarkD chip and replace my whining diff and smack a 3.25lsd if I can find one, it would pick up quicker but what about the top end? Will anything change on that? And idk if I have a 2.79 or 2.93 I'm pretty sure I got a 2.79

It'll definitely help to go to a 2.93 but it's not going to make a huge difference. If you've got an automatic you'd benefit even MORE from going with a 3.25 diff since the auto trans has longer gears.
