Best fluids for diff and trans, 325is.

I have a 5 speed, 3.73 lsd 325is. Wondering what the best fluids are to use for the gearbox and the differential? Was looking at factory BMW fluids, but also thought about Redline or some of the newer fancier synthetics. Just want to make sure I get the best stuff in the car while I'm changing it out.

75w90 gear oil

I use Redline 75w90 in the differential and either Redline MTL or Redline ATF4 in the transmission. In a street car either MTL or ATF4 will be fine. I use ATF4 in the race as it seems to not foam as much and puke out of the breather.

^ Another vote for Redline here. Just changed out my fluids and the car is just running flawlessly smooth.

I use cheapo 75w90 gear oil in the trans and differential. Usually non-synthetic Valvoline.

where is the best place to get red line fluids from. from what i've read, they aren't carried buy retail stores.
