5-speed Swap Experts - advice on additional parts to get?

Today I purchased (but have not yet received) a 5-speed swap package through ebay, which includes the following parts per the seller's description:

"This auction is for all the parts needed to convert a BMW E30 with automatic transmission to a standard transmission. The kit includes 260 Getrag transmission with 146k miles, clutch master and slave cylinders, clutch fork, driveshaft, pedal assembly with brake switch and cruise control switch and bracket, complete shifter, flywheel(non-dual mass) with bolts and center ring and cross member. Does not include clutch disc or pressure plate. "

Attached is a photo from the ebay auction.

The seller confirmed that the 260 Getrag is stamped with 260.0.1346.90, and he is making sure the pedal assembly is for an airbag car, which is what I have.

Even though this conversion package includes a stock shifter, I will want to install a short shifter and a ZHP knob.

I will be taking the parts to my mechanic to perform the swap. In order to be sure he has everything he needs, are there any items that aren't included in the package I bought that I need to get? For example, fluids, seals, etc.? Specific details on each item is GREATLY appreciated!

I know I need to get a clutch and a pressure plate - can anyone recommend specific makes (e.g., Sachs) and part numbers?

I also know I need to get a ZHP knob (that I can handle!) and I am thinking I should just get the Z3 shifter lever. I know that is probably covered elsewhere on this forum so I will research that separately, but if anyone can reply here with the specific part number, that would be great!

What about parts that make sense to get brand new, rather than re-using used stock parts? For example, maybe it is wise to get a brand new flywheel, bearings, bushings, etc? I don't know, just asking! For any items like this, please give me specific brands/part numbers.

I know this is asking a lot. For anyone who comes through with specific information, I am happy to make a donation to your favorite charity! Just let me know which one. I will pick amounts based on how many responses I get and how useful/specific the information is. Just an idea to at least "pay forward" for the help!

Parts that should be new include:

    Clutch master & slave cylinder
    Clutch soft lines
    Transmission mounts
    Shifter boots
    Guibo
    Center support bearing
Clutch, pressure plate, throwout & pilot bearing
    Clutch fork pivot pin

I'd also replace the transmission seals (input, output, and selector), have the flywheel resurfaced, and rebuild the shifter.

Use OE parts or parts from the OE manufacturer. Tischer is a good on-line source for BMW OE parts and RM European is a good source that also tells you what parts are from the OE supplier.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Make sure you have the buffer mount and that it is intact. It is the door-stop type thing on the bottom of the bellhousing cover. It keeps your engine and trans mounts from shearing under hard braking.

Thank you, gentlemen! I contacted BluntTech and ordered a bunch of parts from them. Hope to complete the swap in time for Spring weather!
