tapping in first under load

i have a loud tapping in first gear that speeds up with rpm and gets louder with engine load, there is a slightly fainter tapping in second at full throttle that tappers off at higher rpms. i can feel this tapping in the shifter and it gets worse when i lightly push the shifter to the left when in first (just enough to take the slack out not hard). it is very loud and has gotten worse in the past 3 months.

Well, most likely the guibo.

I cant be sure. It is a driveline problem.

guibos also get worse quickly. when they lose their space between the bolts.

1. Jack your car up.
2. Put it on jack-stands.
3. Start feeling her up, move things (if you can) and see what is loose.
