Missing flywheel sensor?

So i have these two wholes on my 90 325i auto trans and was wondering what goes there, where does it plug in to and whats the point. could it be why my tac doesn't work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The Eta uses them, they are for crank sensors. The 325i has a front mounted crank sensor.

Sounds like somebody put a used Eta transmission in your car at some point, no big deal.
