clutch not fully disengaging+ no leaks

no air in the system and no leaks anywhere.

    new master, new slave...

is it likely the slave or more likely the master cylinder?

im hoping its the slave but im thinking its the master. since there are no leaks anywhere but the system isnt functioning properly is it possible that the slave will stop functioning and not leak?

With a new master & slave in place, my suspicions would be a worn out clutch or broken/worn/missing clutch fork pivot pin.

But, before you drop the transmission pump the clutch pedal about 75 times. If there is any air in the system that will self-bleed it out.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
