    Vibration- Trans brace?

Ok I've been becoming a bit OCD about my car...I really want zero vibrations, like even the slightest shake makes me uneasy. I had a driveline vibration that came from the TOB, I knew this because I felt a shitload of vibration in my clutch pedal. I replaced that and I replaced the CSB. The guibo is new as well. The vibration happens at about 60mph, its fairly subtle but enough to give me a little rumble in my seat. There are a few things I can think of that might be causing this: when I put my CSB into place, I kind of had to muscle it in place to stretch the rubber towards the diff- should the CSB line up directly to the CSB mounting point? My trans brace is custom (I have a 24V car), but it's a bit haggard- When I have the transmission level, the trans brace sits at an angle so I have to muscle it into place, as a result the drivers side transmission mount is very squished- perhaps the transmission is shifted at an incorrect angle because of this (new rubber trans mounts btw)? I put new tires on my wheels in August of last year which is when they were last balanced so I think I'm fine in the balanced aspect, but they are not hubcentric wheels, they are just "floating" in place with the lug nuts- perhaps this is what's causing it?

ALSO: I just put a new TOB, but I have a VERY slight buzz, not really a vibration but a little buzz, less than that of your phone on vibrate. Is this normal, or should my clutch pedal not buzz AT ALL?

how did the old one fit? did you replace with an OEM one the correct orientation?

if you have ghettofabolous transmission mount to chassis this may create all kinds of weird problems.

vibrations are common when installing non hubcentric or miss matched hub bore wheels on bmw's (i.e. e39 style 5's by hipers onto e34's)

did you install a new pilot bearing at the same time? those should be replaced with the TOB; they are only $8 - just a PITA to get out.
