    Nasty little noises...

:(My 318is has started making grinding, clunking noises at low speeds/rpm usually when braking, but not always. It also happens when i put the car into nuetral as i'm slowing down. If I brake very gradually and gently it doesnt make the noise. It doesnt seem to matter whether the clutch is depressed or not but the noise doesnt occur when in gear or engine braking except for when turning right, again, only at slow speeds. It sounds like it's coming from the clutch/driveline area but i cant be sure. I'm a bit sketched out. I know my flex disk/guibo is cracked but from what i understand that makes noise upon acceleration..? have i maybe damaged the driveshaft or is this a bad T/O bearing? Pilot bearing? I'm a little lost at sea here... Any ideas as to what I'm dealing with here?

You can check your control arm bushings. If they are shot, you'll hear the arm moving back and forth during breaking and accel
