Strange noise when clutch depressed (video)

I know it's near impossible to diagnose things over the web but worth a shot. Just noticed this last night as I was pulling into my garage. The noise is almost like a liquid gargling or slight metal on metal sound. Only when the clutch is depressed when the engine is running. No difference at all in clutch feel or engagement. No driveability issues, nothing out of the norm other than the noise. Figured a video would help, you can hear me depress the pedal at :03-:06, :08-:11, :13-:16 and a couple quick times at the end.

Click the picture, it will take you to the video.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Sent this to a friend of mine who manages a repair shop. He first thought was throw out bearing? I have no idea how a clutch works so I'm pretty lost on this one.

I agree, it sounds like a beat throw out bearing.

Figured. Dropped it off at his shop today. Have a new TOB, clutch and whatever else needs done going in aswell as the flywheel resurfaced. Doesn't seem too terribly hard to do but I have work all week and minimal tools to do it myself, just easier to pay him to do it right and have it by the weekend.
