Little background, put a different engine in the car and installed a new clutch plate. Everything went together fine, and the engine now fires right up
But went I went to bleed the clutch, I spent hours trying to get it to work. Finally went and picked up a new slave cylinder since the bleed valve on my old one was pretty beat up, and I think introducing air into the system.
So I just cannot get the dam thing to push the lever to disengage the clutch. I am pretty confident that there is no air in the system. Maybe the master is bad? it's not leaking on the floor of the car.
The lever inside the bellhousing is in the right place, I checked and can feel the spot for the slave cylinder shaft with my pinkie. I also checked the depth with a screwdriver, and the shaft for the slave should be plenty long.
The pedal is not sticking at the bottom, it comes right back up. Pedal feel is light. But they all feel light to me compared to my other car. I installed an ACT 6 puck on my other car, so not a complete noob to clutches. What the fuck is wrong with this thing???????
