    ID this Shifter Please?

    The one on the left is a stock or IX shifter. I found this at the yard and thought it was a Z3 1.9, but after swapping out my shift, it looks and feels way different.

    Anyone know what the shifter on the right is..?

      judging from the bushing looks like e36 shifter
