So earlier in the week this lady says she'll pay me to fix her Guibo, next thing i'm doing is picking up an '85 325e for $300 bucks. I get it started with a jump and i drive around the block. I thought the tires rolled off the rim. I look at the trans and the two trans mounting nuts are gone, so i drive it home. And yesterday i pulled the drive shaft and found this...

Yep, I just replaced it on a convertible couple of weeks ago and it looked just as bad, bet you the center bearing is broken too

driveshaft donut works fine for me. stuff trying to remember how to spell guibo, giubo, g-we-bo, g-eye-bo..... i dont even know how to pronounce it haha.
