How to install REVSHIFT E30 Diff bushing

Well I know this is a fairly easy thing to do, but I didn't see many write ups on it. I also saw some confused posts. So I figured I would do a quick write up with some pics. I will have a video soon showing all the REVSHIFT bushings being used while drifting. Just need some more footage from under the car, but I hope to have it done in a few weeks.

I'm curious, enlighten me how the knock-off REVSHIFT bushings install any differently than the multitude of others now making them.
