tranny and diff change out

i have an 89 325i and its a 4spd automatic and i got a 5 speed tranny when i bought it that i def wanna change out. the only part that i know of that i dont have for it is a clutch. and i also have a 370 diff and axle in my garage that i wanna switch out with the current 360 and i'm wondering if it would be too much to do it myself or if it would be a good investment to pay someone to do it...cuz its a very heavy project and i REALLY don't wanna screw up but i also have a limited budget.
