Compatibility question 318-325

Found a wrecked 91 318 5 speed. Are the master cylinder, clutch pedal, pedal set, clutch lines the same as the 325? Since the 318 uses a different tranny I'm guessing the slave cylinder isn't the same right?

I think those parts are the same on both models. You can compare part numbers on realoem.com
