E30 Open Diff: Swap Internals to LSD?

I've been wanting to do this for a while, I have a 3.73 open, a 3.91V, and a 3.25S. I want to put the 3.25 clutch carrier into either the 3.73 or the 3.91 but dont want to be forced into paying someone to set up the diff

Only words of advice; download the e30 TIS and read it a lot. May take you a few units to get one spot on.

I think if I order a shim pack and get a good dial gauge i could get this working, I'd really like to replace the bearings and use the clutch pack in the 3.91 but I'm afraid ofgetting into the pinion shaft. Setting clearance on the carrier is pretty simple though if you have the numbers
