Lightweight FW for turbo cars, How light is too light?

Finally saved up the money to pick a clutch setup and I was wondering which of my 2 options would be better?
    There's a JBR Flywheel (10lbs) and F1 Racing (14.5lbs)
From what I understand turbo cars like a heavier fw since it stops the rpm from dropping down as quick which equals more spool. If you had the option which one would you go for? Keep in mind that it won't be turbo'd for another couple of months but I want to get as much stuff ready now so I won't have to pull the engine/tranny out later.

    *edit* It's a M50
