LSD "creeping" in tight turns

How much is worrisome? Is anything more than "none"?

I put a Z3M diff cover on a while ago and now the LSD is creeping a bit in tight u-turns.

Did the fluid you used have friction modifiers?

What is "creeping"?
I get a noise when im turing under 5mph, mines a eerie sound.
