shifter linkage washers

I am finishing my 5 speed swap and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on ways to get a hold of the washers and circle clips or parts 15 16 14 and 11

And I would rather not wait for pelican parts to ship it from germany
also are these very specific like the head bolt washers that are ground flat
and could this be part of the shift bushing kit(i doubt that because its not on the part list)
