    Transmission Sticker Confirmation (pics)

This is where the sticker should be correct? Just want to make sure mine has "no label" 89 325i mt
(So someone told me I have a g260, with no sticker, and recommended mt90.)

As best as I can determine from looking at the internal part numbers of a G260, the tag was just for BMW service. If the transmission needed to have fluid added, the tag stated what it had originally been filled with. If you are changing the fluid, ignore the tag and use Redline MTL or ATF IV.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Yeah I'm changing out the fluid. Would either of those help my tough shifts in the mornings when cold into 1st and 2nd? Any reason to avoid mt90?

I'll keep researching too as I know there's plenty of info on this

The MT90 will be a little bit "stiffer" in the AM (HAHAHA) shifting in lower gears so I would go with the MTL like JLevie said. I just swapped from MTL to MT90 and can feel the increase of tougher shifts in the AM when cold. I'm pretty sure tough shifts are common when cold...especially in MN

That would probably work, but it doesn't sound like a good idea.

Hi, if you would like to paste sticker on the engine of the car, then i would like to prefer you metal sticker to be stuck on it... It will surely look amazing..
