    No Guibo?

I am trying to diagnose a vibration issue on my automatic 1984 325E 2 door. So far I replaced the tie rods and upper and lower control arms. With the front end in the air, grab the wheels. Now there is NO movement sideways or up and down. I tried to look at the drive shaft next. Looking forward I can see where the drive shaft enters the transmission and I don't see a guibo. It is hard to see without dropping the exhaust and the heat shield but it sure doesn't appear to be there. Next I will check on the CSB and rear half shafts.

It might have the vibration damper covering it. Make sure you check the U joints for play, if they are toast it will cause a vibration.
