I am currently swapping a 88 2.5I into my 87 325e chassis and would like to know if I can use my clutch from my old 86 325e Couse its pretty new and its the duel mass flywheel will it be okay to use with the I engine? or do I have to use a different one? im not sure if my 87 325e has the same clutch as the 86 I haven't pulle the block yet but im doing it today so I guess we will find out but yeah please help me out haha im trying to see if I need to spend more money or if I can reuse my other clutch.

Never mind i think i solved it i was wrong my 86 325e is single mass flywheel and my 87 is duel mass so can i put my single mass in with the 325i and just remove the duel mass correct? will it all bolt right up? -
You'll want to use the single mass setup.
