transmission & diff fluids???

hey rev I just came back from the bmw dealership and asked what type of transmission and diff fluid do I use for my bmw its a 1990 325i 5spd they told me they have no idea ? what kinda advice is that lol wondering does anyone have a clue on what type of fluids I use need help ill appreciate it rev
