Eta to i swap transmission questions.

I started out with a blown up early b27 coming out of my E28 and now I scooped up an i motor for a good price and am swapping it in. I'll still be using the transmission from the eta so is there anything different that I have to do to make it fit on the i and work properly?

If the engine on your E28 had a dual mass or the heavy M20B27 flywheel, the transmission should have the deeper bell housing. If you use the M20B25 flywheel you will need a throughout bearing from a 323.
