Is it my clutch master or slave that went bad????????

Clutch goes all the way down (I lose the clutch) However it comes back up after few seconds and has some pressure but after several gear changes stays low and then, it kind of get back the pressure and the cycles repeats itself.
Therefore I just want to know if is the master cylinder that went bad or the slave cylinder? or should I just replaced both? No idea when these were replaced and no history at hand. Also when I was working on filling some transmission fluid (just two weeks ago) I noticed that the slave cylinder was leaking fluid.
Finally I had the "Brake" light on yesterday and checked the reservoir and fill it with fluid, some bubbles came out (without pumping the clutch) then when it was full i pumped the clutch and it went down and refill it. Then I parked the car until today, I started and drove few blocks from home and started doing the issues above. So would it be that the system still have air in it?

Sounds like the problem I had, and it was the seals in the master cylinder.
My recommendation is when you change the master, ALWAYS change the slave too as the new master will exert more ofrce on a worn slave, and that will go soon after the swap.
