anyone have a link to rear diff rebuild diy?

i was thinking i saw a thread a while back about rear diff rebuilds but for the life of me i can't find it? anyway, can someone please help me out? my purpose is that i want to learn how to completely do a rebuild including setting lash tolerance, torques, etc....

i found a 3.46 lsd in the jy the other day but the limited slip part is worn out so it needs to be gone through.
