Tricks for getting those torx bits out in car

So in the middle of my transmission swap. Anyways trying to get access to the top bolts. Anybody got some special tricks to getting in there. I am almost willing to lift the motor out some. There has to be an easy way to get access to them.

Torx bit, u-joint, enough extensions to get all the way below/behind the trans, long ratchet or breaker bar or impact.

And drop the trans brace down if you haven't already.

Remove the transmission cross member and allow the rear of the transmission to drop. Then lift the front of the motor until the rear of the head is against the firewall. You'll have enough room then.

Wobble extensions work much better than universal joints.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Yeah I may go get some wobble extensions. Having a friend come over to help. Transmission mount has been dropped. Going to try lifting the front of the engine up to see if I can get some more space. I knew this car was to easy when working on the motor. Had to be a hard part somewhere.

Well got the transmission out and in. After some light a good amount of extensions and a breaker bar got them all. Not to bad of a job once the transmission is dropped as low as it will go.
