so i got an automatic 1990 325is. it was leaking trans oil because of some faulty seals. we replaced all the seals, reassembled the trans, and now when in gear, the wheels dont move. why is that? any help is much appreciated.

A bit more information would be helpful. Do you mean the wheels don't move when the car is off and in gear? Do you mean pressing the accelerator causes the motor to rev but does not transmit power to the wheels?Interested in vintage cars? Ever thought about racing one?
