3.25 to 4.10lsd... am I nuts?

the car Im buying has a getrag 265 tranny with a 3.25 rear end... if I shove my old M3's 4.10lsd in there is this little guy going to be tons of fun, or just really annoying?

also do all 265's have the same gear ratio, or were they swapped around depending on the make/model, etc

Don't some Getrag 265s have a 5th 1:1 ratio, as opposed to the US E30 M3 5th OD?
