help! wont go into 1st or 2nd

soI don't race much but was at the local drift and drags and ran several times down the drag strip and on the third time as I shoved the shifter forward and it refused to go into third. as I was coasting down the strip it wouldn't go into any gear but after about 20 seconds I could get it into 3 4 and 5 but and after 20 min still no first or second but reverse works. I am stumped no grinding or popping just straight up wont go into gear like there isn't one there. I was able to get it home by timing the lights and using only 3rd 4th and 5th gear but need 1st and 2nd back. Any help or thoughts?

Check your linkage and trans mounts if u busted a trans mount it can move enough to not allow it to go into gears

mounts are good (6 mo old) and linkage isn't bent or broken
