    Where to buy SSK Pivot Relication Cup (ERK)?

    Does anyone know where to buy SSK pivot relocation cup like on the UUC and B&M SSK's?

    I think UUC calls in their ERK (Effort Reduction Kit)

    Thinking of getting an E60 545i lever and worried about clearance and notchiness issues.

    Can't seam to find were to buy one separately.
