M20 auto to Manual help need list of parts

Need a lil help on a list of parts to convert my 86 325es from auto to Manual thanks for the help

youll need the following

Transmission getrag 260 or 265
a new driveshaft
a clutch
I recommend a new flywheel
a new clutch slave cylender
new clutch master cylender
and a pedal set


i may be missing a few things but if you want everything go to a yard and just grab everything and start your transplant at home.

Do some research to confirm what i stated all of this is stuff i know youll need and from the top of my head. There is a lot of info out there on this. Good luck.

need pressure plate,throwout bearing, tranny mount, guibo if not attached to driveshaft, shifter if not included with g260/265, brake fluid reservoir or you can just cut yours. Not sure if i'm missing anything else... recently did the swap with my car. Oh and replace RMS while your at it too

No. A 265 trans does not work.

You also most definitely do not need a NEW flywheel.

Add a transmission cross member, transmission mounts, clutch hydraulic lines, rear main seal and pilot bearing to the list.

Not new flywheel definitely resurfaced tho
