I have a 1989 325I. Has a swapped manual transmission and I have no other known history on the swap other than that. I am replacing my carrier bearing and can't get the Driveshaft separated for the life of me. I've tried heating it up and hammering it. Any advice would me nice.

Hmmm... Usually I've had them separate when I least expected or wanted them too. If you remove the collar nut where the spline shaft is, that should help to separate them. You may have a really good grease "suction" seal that you have to overcome. -
