m20 flywheels dual & single mass

Alright i want to find out what years/models had the dual mass and which had single mass.
The reason I'm asking is because i bought a flywheel from a member on here stating it was from a 325i. So i bought it thinking it was a single mass but wasn't. Then today went to local junkyard who said they had one off a 1990 325i and it was dual mass as well.

To my knowledge I was sure that eta's had the dual mass and I's had the single mass flywheel.
Can anyone chime in and let me know?
    thanks!

also if you have a single mass flywheel for sale PM me

All M20B25 5 speed cars had a single mass flywheel. No question.

Eta was made with both a single and dual mass flywheel but I am unsure of which years got which. The Eta single mass flywheel is still thicker and heavier than the 2.5 single mass though.
