replaced auto trans car don't move

The tranny in my eta was going out so I replaced it with a known working one out of my parts cars along with the torque converter.......finished everything up and car won't move.....I can't even tell its shifting thru gears because I don't notice an idle change......any ideas?

Well I added six quarts torque converter is spinning

if the converter tabs are not seated into the front oil pump correctly the pump will not work and no gears, no transmission function.

auto's can be a PIA
especially important to not crush the oil pump input.

Found this video,
When he talks about seating the converter onto the front of the transmission, this is exactly what I am referring to!
If it is not on right it will not work and damage could happen.
I know this to be true!!
