I have sourced a g260 in an e28 in the yard and was wondering if it would work. its going to be used on an I car setup, so I know that sense its a deep bellhousing I need to use a euro throwout bearing. I also know that the e28 it is coming out of is 1987, and should be big guibo? What about using the driveshaft? Either way is there any issues with using the e28 g260?

what E28? only the 520i and 525/528e are m20's. Need more info about what motor you have in your E30 and what model E28 you are looking at.Just a little project im working on
