axle nut with subframe out of car?

So, I didn't really think this through very well. Subframe removed from wrecked shell. I'm wanting to remove the axle from a loose subframe/TA, and there's obviously nothing to stop the axle from turning. should I run the parking brake cable back into the car and hook up the lever? A six-foot-long vice grip would do it, but I don't have one.

    Any ideas?

put two lug bolts in, get a breaker bar in between them and use it as leverage. if that makes sense.

    or an impact.

A +600ft-lb 3/4" drive impact wrench will spin the nut right off.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
