    New G260 shift rod joint oval hole not round?

    New shift joint for G260 has oval hole, not round, has play in linkage? WTF?

    My old linkage has oval hole and because of that, has play in the shifter linkage, then I buy new one from ECS and the hole is exacly the same, oval and that causes the shifter to have some extra rearward-forward play.

      That picture certainly isn't one of a new OE/OEM part...
      The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

          Yes, the are made that way. My OEM unit looked exactly the same.

          I think only the early wide ones are like that.
