shifter clicks when pulling out of gear

as the title says when i pull out of every gear i get a click like something is loose, what could be the issue? possibly worn out bushings or something coming loose?

Did someone install a Fast and furious shifter ? Lol.

haha i hope not, just got the car a week ago. i replaced the shift boot and ever since then its been doing this, and yes the shift knob is tight.

Get the car up in the air and check the shifter for wear or rubbing.
