e36 starter, clutch, flywheel into g260

so i've done my research and found out that it is possible to put an e36 starter, clutch, flywheel onto a g260. all that needs to be done is swap out the starter gear from an e30 to the e36. correct?

BUT, the clutch and flywheel setup i have is the e36 UUC e34 m5 clutch kit. so my real question is will the e36 UUC flywheel work in this situation?

    thanks

So you want to use E36 flywheel but then you want to use E30 starter gear inside the E36 starter for your E36 flywheel. You are confusing yourself here.

First E36 chassis comes with few different engine options and flywheels on them are not the same, so first you need to be specific.
Second E30 also comes with few different engines so you need to be more specific there.

i had thought that i would need to use the e30 starter gear in an e36 starter, but it seems as if i can just bolt an e36 starter onto the g260 and not worry about that. but its been cleared up to me.

      thanks though
