Clutch stuck but not on floor

So this morning I go to drive and my clutch is stuck. Not on the floor but up top. I got it to press down a few times and it makes this god awful noise from under the car. A screechy sound when pressing and depressing the pedal. Then it is now just stuck. I can't disengage it at all. It drove fine yesterday. Fluid Levels are all fine. Any help would be great

Noises from under the car when operating the clutch pedal indicate a problem inside the bell housing. You won't know what the problem is until the transmission is out.
