please help need some questions answered !!!

im new to the e30 world , but i have a 87' 325e that had a welded 4.10 in the rear & jus earlier today i blew it to smithereens lol im looking to either order a new diff or pick one up locally , i found a lsd 3.25 for 100$ or a lsd 4.10 for 250 . i was wondering if someone can help me out to witch one is better or if there is a better differential set up for my e30 . the 4.10 that i had in the rear made it come out to have a decent amount of torque but it was uncomfortable to drive on the highway due to it revving out so high . please can someone give me some decent knowledge so i can go about my build the right way! thanks

A 4.10 is wayyyyyy too short of a gear for a 325e (Eta) car.

The 3.25 ratio is a perfect upgrade. Stock is 2.93.

+1 for the 3.25. I swapped out the stock did for an s3.25 is my 325e, and the difference was amazing.
