    intermittent bucking in first/reverse.

    Alright guys,

I have an intermittent clutch/car shudder issue. When releasing the clutch in first or reverse the car starts to buck, slowly at first, then very violently if I don't push the clutch back in.

It doesn't happen often unless I sit in traffic, then it happens very consistently until I'm out of traffic for a while (seems heat related?)
If it starts happening, I start in 2nd instead and the issue disappears.

Other info, either helpful or misleading:

The car has a thunk in the driveline that I thought was related to diff bushing/subframe, but I've replaced diff/subframe/rtab bushings, replaced the diff itself, no real play in halfshafts/diff/driveshaft now, but the output flange seems to have 15 degrees of rotational play while the car is in gear.

TOB makes lots of noise when idling in neutral.

    Anyone have any thoughts?
