Revshift is a performance engineering and manufacturing company located in Metro Detroit, MI. Our parts are designed and manufactured under one roof. We design, engineer, and test the parts ourselves. Engine / motor mounts, bushings, suspension for BMW E28, E30, E34, E36, E46, E8X, E9X, F22, F32, F8X, Z3, Z4, N54.

What do we think about the Rev shift flex disc? Good quality and experiences with it? Worth the money? By the looks of it, looks like this would work for me.. Would this work from a large output flange (325e) to the small output flange 325i? I have a super eta trans will a large output flange and have a 325i small flange driveshaft. Help! I rather order this and just be done

Yes. It will work for the eta trans to 325i driveshaft.

We are currently switching all of our aluminum/poly flex discs to poly/poly flex discs. Its the same exact design but we are using hard 75D polyurethane frames in place of the aluminum. This makes our full polyurethane flex disc 30% lighter than the oem part, a lot stronger than the oem part, and a bit more forgiving than our aluminum version.

Here is a picture of the new full polyurethane flex disc:
