    autotragic question

guys, my new to me 87es has an auto in it. i know my black car has a gr260/5/50 in it. what is the tranny designation/model for the auto? also when coming to a stop i can hear it down shift into the lower gears. not loud, it doesn't sound broken and up shifts nice and smooth. i am just wondering if it's usual to hear it down shift when stopping.

When my '89 was autotragic i remember feeling it downshift as i slowed and that was at 100k miles and mint condition. It acted the same the whole time it was auto (up to 180k).

I remember it catching my attention because my previous experience with american autotragics did not feel like that.

The model is made by ZF Germany. 4HP22. My eta is also auto and does the same thing. It has 108K. My other eta had 165K same thing. I believe it's normal...
