330i 6 speed transmssion on S52

anyone know if a 05 330i 6 speed transmission will work behind a S52? really just need to know what clutch set up to use. everything I have read has said to use either a M3 or ZHP trans but I cant find anything on the regular 330i

ZHP = 330 = Z4 = Z4M. They're all the same transmission, and unique from the E46 M3 unit.

from what I am getting the 330/Z4 are ZF and m3 is getrag? any info on mounting it to a S52? something about the pilot bearing not being right?

Can't remember if Getrag makes the 330 unit also. Either way, it's weaker and lighter by a bit. Should be strong enough for an S52 with mods.

As for intercompatibility I'm not sure, sorry.
