Center Support Bearing ? Early vs. Late

Have a manual 91 Vert - metal bumper.

CSB is bad and needs replaced. Buddy of mine snapped this picture of the one he's willing to give me - but not sure if it will fit my car.
Anyone no for sure without me putting it on a lift first.

I was told metal bumper and plastic bumper cars have different CSB's.

Can anyone tell me if this is the right one?

The change was by year, not bumper. 87 and older use the "early" CSB and 88+ use the "late".
